Defective Products (Exchanges)
If for any reason our products arrive to you in a damaged or defective manner, we pledge to replace the item for you. Please submit a photo of the damaged product to customer service at Admin@Procana.com to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) within 7 days of receipt. For Manufacturer’s defective products, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
