   Unfortunately there are no use or care instructions for the product, which is part of why my review of this product is mixed. I’m on my third Vape pen. My reviews of each:

   1) Early 2020: Mixed — effective, including certain side effects which users should be aware of.

   2) Spring 2020: Might have been effective, but broke easily and I received no help getting a refund despite many attempts to contact “customer care.”
   I also suggested a way that the pen could be modified so as to not be so easily broken ( include a pocket clip, like on a regular pen, so the thing doesn’t roll off tables!) But it appears my suggestion never reached the product developers or wasn’t taken seriously.

   3) just purchased today: Totally dead. No vape whatsoever. I’ve dragged repeatedly and all I get is oil oozing out.

   Back to my first one. I purchased in early 2020 looking for pain relief. I believe I got good results, with pain. However, I probably overdosed. In the third week or so, I began getting flare-up of pain my prostate area, which I interpreted as a herxheimer /die off reaction from killing the dormant but still-present infective pathogen behind the untreatable chronic prostate/pelvic infection I’d been suffering. I wanted to kill it, but was probably killing it too quickly and it was making my life harder rather than easier.
   I also began to notice increasing anxiety, right to the edge of paranoia — one day making it nearly impossible to perform my job as I worried that every little thing I did was a mistake. I even worried about tripping and falling as I was walking to and fro! (NOT normal for me at all)
   I’m not blaming the product so much as I’m expressing the need for some kind of way to discern dosage. The product comes with zero documentation about how much dose one is getting per average drag, nor general info on how to use the damn thing or how long the battery lasts. Or, that you should never, EVER, untwist it to inspect its innards or check the battery because THE OIL WILL SPILL OUT! I don’t know why a manufacturer would leave it to the consumer to learn this the hard way, wasting this valuable product. Just include some damn instructions.
   I like the idea of what Procana promises. I’m returning pen #3 to the store in hopes of getting one that works. If not, I will just give up and find a comparable product at a comparable price.

   The product works, My only issue if finding a place to purchase it. When I do stumble upon a retail brick and moter I purchase all available. You need better marketing
